Our Return Policy

How to Return or Exchange a Purchase:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, please call at 1-424-290-1484.

Returns:

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs when effecting a return. Shipping charges will not be credited. Only the price of the item purchased will be refunded if eligible.

All Merchandise must be in original packaging and saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse to accept for credit any merchandise that does not meet our requirements.

All returns must be made within 30 days.

If you wish to exchange your purchase and cannot visit our store, please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the correct product.

Unfortunately, sometimes Merchandise is damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product provided you contact us within seven business days of receiving your order. If you contact us after seven days, we reserve the right to refuse to replace the damaged product.
